It all started with a house—an old, neglected property that caught my eye. Instead of walking away, I asked around and learned that the owner had passed away. With no formal real estate education but a strong sense of resourcefulness, I went straight to the courthouse, did my own research, and made the deal happen.
That first purchase was my crash course in real estate—I ripped up the carpet, did some light rehab, and turned it into a rental. That moment set everything in motion.
As the years went by, my strategy evolved. The pivotal moment came when I returned from working overseas. I quickly realized that I would never earn the same income in the U.S. with a W-2 job as I had abroad.
I had a choice: settle for less or take a leap of faith. I dove headfirst into real estate, starting with wholesaling to generate cash.
It was a bold move—walking away from the security of a paycheck with no guarantees—but I haven’t worked for anyone but myself since.

Over the past 30+ years, I’ve done it all—buy-and-hold rentals, house flipping, and now mid-term rentals.
Each deal has been a lesson, and every challenge has made me a better investor.
Through time, I met different people facing different problems, and I learned how to solve them. That’s what real estate is really about—creative problem-solving.
Some of my proudest moments come from helping people in difficult situations.
Recently, I saved two families from foreclosure by negotiating with their bank on a short sale.


Not only did I prevent them from losing everything, but I also secured moving expenses for them.
These are the moments that remind me why I do this—not just for financial freedom, but to truly make a difference in people’s lives.
Real estate has given me more than wealth; it’s given me purpose.
